Course DescriptionThis course is designed for students with an interest in the music industry, song and lyric writing, music technology and production or creating music for gaming, film and video. The course offers a secondary stream with a focus on business in the music industry. Students will use the latest in music production technology and will be guided through the course by South Australian Music Hall of Fame inductee, Rob Pippan.
PathwaysStudents will emerge form this course career ready, whether that be directly into the music industry, further VET study or alternate university entrance pathways. Further VET studies include: Certificate IV in Music Industry, Diploma of Music Industry and Advanced Diploma of Music Industry. Possible future career opportunities include: Musician, Music Technician, Producer, Stage Manager, Performer, Songwriter, Promoter, Sound Engineer, Broadcaster, Digital Audio Technician and Band Manager.

This cost consists of $1050 WASSN Gap fee and a compulsory Regional VET fee of $100 for all courses, to be invoiced to the family by the Home School.
