DescriptionRegarding this RTO it is the school's intent to deliver. This course trains workers who provide assistance to allied health professionals. Workers at this level operate under direct supervision and do not conduct programs or therapeutic interventions. You can gain employment as an Allied Health Assistant, Occupational Therapy Aide, Physiotherapy Assistant, Speech Pathology Aide, Podiatry Assistant, Nutrition Assistant or Diversional Therapy Assistant. Allied Health Assistants work with social workers, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation therapists, medical imaging staff and nurses.
PathwaysCareer Pathway: There are many different health pathways that you can gain employment in as an Allied Health Assistance worker.
