DescriptionThis course has been developed by the Plumbing Industry Association to meet the need of students wishing to further develop the skills gained in the Certificate I Plumbing course (Certificate I in Construction) and enhance their skills in the plumbing industry.
PathwaysSuccessful completion of this course can lead to career pathways as an apprentice in the plumbing industry or other areas of the construction industry. It also leads to Certificate III in Plumbing, Certificate III in Gas Fitting, Certificate III in Roofing and Certificate III in Sprinkler Fitting.
PrerequisitesCertificate I in Construction or Certificate II Construction Pathways.
Special RequirementsStudents will need to provide safety boots, navy blue work pants and a (high viz) work shirt.

Cost NotesThere is an administration fee of $100.00 (GST free) for all courses. This fee will be invoiced to the family by the Home School. Schools outside of the member and non-member school portfolio will have to pay an additional fee of $100.00 per student + GST based on administration fees. The student's Home School will collect this fee from the family directly.

Public TransportStudents can travel to Seaton High School by bus along Frederick Road (Bus Route B10) or Tapleys Hill Road (Bus Route 118). Students can also travel by train to Albert Park Station (on the Grange Line).
